I know that research indicates that many people who lose their jobs, lose their jobs due to personality conflicts and has nothing to do with their skills.  The Real Game does a great job of helping kids to collaborate with each other, help each other out and work in small groups, which is a very important skill that they need to learn when they are going to be on the workforce

I've worked with many employers who have asked me if I have students or graduates or employees that possess communication skills, time management skills and a good attitude, if they can adapt to change in the current workforce. Those are the people that they want.  They can train them for the technical skills, but the communication skills, both written and oral, are critical in them succeeding in the workplace.

Because the businesses are seeing that we're trying to make a connection for them.. We're building the kids that know how to cooperate, that know how to work together, that know how to collaborate.  That know how to be independent and do their work
